The 14-year-old Aarushi Talwar, was found murdered along with her domestic servant Hemraj in her Noida house on May 16, 2008. The CBI named several people as the accused, but failed to chargesheet anyone in the case.
According to the CBI Counsel, the newly constituted team of CBI has found some fresh clues, and narco tests on Rajesh and Nupur Talwar are a must to take the probe further.
