All activities related to quality assurance in the plant and also related to quality assurance of raw materials. Oversee all activities related to maintenance of the equipment and machinery in the plant. Ensure product development, product modification and product improvement for all existing product lines. Control costs at all stages of the operations in the plant. Ensure that overall manpower deployment and manpower related issues are controlled and monitored.

Salary: INR 25,00,000 - 40,00,000 P.A. Open for negotiation for the right candidate.

Candidates must be a qualified food technologist, preferably M Sc or B Sc in Food Technology or Diary Technology. He must have at least 15 to 20 plus years of experience out of which at least 3 to 5 years should be in the capacity of plant head. and must have a good knowledge working on frozen or ready to eat food products for at least 5 to 8 years.
