    If the candidate is found eligible he/she should mention the following information in the following format and submit in the International Students Advisor’s Office, in the University.

    1. Guardian’s Undertaking.

    2. Forwarding remarks of the Indian Embassy/High Commission in Applicant’s county.

    3. Under taking by the Official of Embassy/High Commission of Applicants Country in India

    4. The applicant must pay 500 U. S. $ (Five Hundred Dollars) as Registration Fee in I. S. A. Office. (Xerox copy of receipt be enclosed)

    5. This form must be accompanied by non-refundable fee of Rs 200/- payable by a Bank Draft in favour of Registrar, Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur.

Instructions:

  1. This form must be accompanied by non-refundable fee of Rs 200/- payable by a Bank Draft favoring Registrar, Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur Rabindranath Tagore Marg, Nagpur 440001 (Maharashtra) India

  2. The form must be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS and must be signed by the candidate himself/herself and must be submitted through the embassy high commission of your country in India and must be signed and dated by the concerned official in the
    relevant column of this form.

  3. The completed application must reach the International Students’ Advisor, Nagpur University, Dr. N. Mandela Hostel Premises, L.I.T Campus, Ramnagar, Nagpur 440033, India on or before 30th June of the year in which admission is desired.

  4. This form must be accompanied by passport size photograph and certified copies of (a) Eligibility Certificate (b) Marklist of qualifying examination (c) Transfer of Conduct Certificate from the school/college last attended (d) Birth Certificate & other
    relevant documents in support of the application.

  5. Student whose qualifying examination is to be held after 15th May can also apply stating the dates of examination and date by which result of examination will be declared. In any case, the result must be communicated to the International Students’
    Advisor by 1st July of the year, even telegraphically if necessary.

Notes

  1. The International Students can apply either through the Embassy of their country or directly.

  2. Before finalization of the admission of International Students in this University, the Students shall have to under go medical examinations of Physical Fitness Test & AIDS Test.

  3. After receiving the reports of the above medical examinations the International Students Advisor’s Office shall issue Admission Slip.

  4. After receiving the admission slip the International Students may contact with the Head of the concerned Department of the University/Principal of the concerned college affiliated to the Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University for admission and deposit the requisite fees of the Department/College.

  5. There is a Separate Hostel for International Gents Students and the lady International Students are accommodated in the Girls Students of University Hostel.

  6.
