| ATTENTION: CANDIDATES SEEKING ADMISSION FOR FIRST YEAR B.E. 2009-2010 INSTITUTE LEVEL/MANAGEMENT QUOTA SCHEDULE OF ADMISSION |
The schedule of admission process is as under:

| 3. | Submission of duly filled Admission Request Form along with attested copies of all required documents (for both online and manual form categories) | Up to 5:00 pm, 30th June 2009 |
| 4. | Display of Provisional College Merit List (PCML) | At 11:00 am on 2nd July 2009 |
| 5. | Objection, if any, pertaining to PCML | Up to 4:00 pm, 4th July 2009 |
| 6. | Display of Final College Merit List (FCML) | At 3:00 pm on 6th July 2009 |
| 7. | Management Quota Counseling & Spot Admission as per FCML | 8th July 2009, 9:30 am onwards |
NOTE:
1. The above schedule is tentative and may change.
2. The candidates can procure "Admission Request Form" (ARF) or fill online ARF only after the declaration of AIEEE-2009 and HSSC or MHT-CET-2009 and HSSC results for respective categories.
3.Fees for Management Quota & CAP (Govt. Quota) are same.
4.Rules for refund of fees after cancellation of admission are as per AICTE notification.
Original Documents Required at the time of Admission :-
1) SSC Mark Sheet
2) HSSC Mark Sheet
3) Leaving Certificate (T.C.)
4) Score Card AIEEE-2009 / MHT-CET-2009
5) Nationality Certificate in the name of candidate if not mentioned in Leaving / Transfer Certificate.
6) Domicile Certificate of Maharashtra State (for Hindi Minority Candidates)
7) Migration Certificate if HSSC is from other than Maharashtra State Board.
8) Other relevant documents as announced at the time of submission of ARF.
9) Demand Draft/Pay Order of prescribed fees:

* The Tuition and Development fees for the academic year 2008-09 as prescribed by Shikshan Shulka Samitivide its notification no.SSS(H&T)/FinalFee/2008-09/3130 Dated: 8th October 2008. The candidates who will be offered provisional admission will have to pay the revised fees, if any, as per final decision of Shikshan Shulka Samiti/Hon. High Court.
# Other fees including Study Material is with reference to circulars issued by Director of Technical Education, Mumbai, Dated: 23/11/2007 , RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur, Dated: 17/5/2008, and Jt. Director, Regional office of Directorate of Technical Education, Nagpur, Dated: 14/5/2008.
