Youth dies in road mishap

A youth from Maskasath died in a road mishap on Saturday afternoon. The youth, Ibrahim Bandukiya (25), was headed for greeting his relatives




after offering Eid prayers.

As he approached Shantinagar Chowl, Ibrahim lost control over his two-wheeler while crossing a speed breaker.

Just then, Ibrahim was hit by an oncoming motorcyclist - who fled the spot after the mishap. Ibrahim was admitted to Mayo Hospital with serious head injuries and the doctors declared at 4 pm. Lakadganj police officials have registered a case.
