Mega auction of police vehicles

More than 128 police vehicles, including jeeps and bikes, would be auctioned by the city police at their headquarters on Saturday. This is the first time that an event of such a scale is being organized by the cops. The vehicles have been discarded from use as they are unfit for police duties.

Apart from the city police, vehicles from Gondia, Bhandara and Wardha will also be auctioned. Vehicles from Government Railway Police (GRP) and State Reserve Police Force (SRPF) too have been included in the auction. Around 14 bikes too can bought.

Apart from the vehicles, condemned spare parts, tyres and tubes would be among the ones that would be put up for bidding.
