The much awaited results of state board SSC will be declared on June 17 at 1pm. Students can get to know their results through various websites and via SMS. According to the state education department, the results will be declared on 'Best-5' basis. Seven websites have been authorized to display results of SSC. Marksheet will be available in respective schools on June 27 from 3 pm onwards.
If students wish to go for revaluation, they will have to submit a written application with a photocopy of their marksheet by July 7. They must ensure that the photocopy is of the marksheet issued by school only and not the one downloaded from the internet. Students who need to appear in the SSC exam in September-October 2011 will also have to apply with normal fees by July 7 or with late fees by July 11 at their respective schools.
The Class Improvement Scheme (CIS) for SSC students (who have passed in all subjects) has been in place since 2008 in Maharashtra. Under the scheme, students who appeared in March 2011 exam will be given one opportunity in September-October 2011 exam to improve their marks.
Post-results guidance can be had by students by contacting the counsellors in respective districts. The counsellors can be contacted directly on their mobile phones till June 30.
