Engineering & Technology admission be extended up to 17th of November, 2012

It is notified for general information of all the concerned that the Academic Council in its
emergent meeting held on 7th. November,2012 vide item No.1, on the agenda of the said
meeting, decided as mentioned below because of the delay in declaration of result of
reassessment of various examinations in all the faculties in the University.
1. For the students belonging to Engineering & Technology Faculty who have become
eligible for admission to higher class/semester after declaration of results of
reassessment the last date for admission be extended up to 17th of November, 2012
for which the Principals of the concerned colleges should take appropriate action.
2. The examination forms of the students should be submitted to the University
through the colleges within 15 days from the last date of admission and the theory
examination shall be conducted by end of December, 2012 and the practical
examination shall be conducted after the theory examinations.
The Principals of the colleges should complete the curriculum of the students
within 31 days i.e. by 10th. Dec. and certify to that effect.
3. Students belonging to all other faculties may take admission after becoming eligible
for the same, after declaration of their reassessment results. The colleges admitting
them should complete their curriculum and forward their examination forms to
the University.
